ATHENS 3-5/11/2017
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE
“Vocational Training & Labour Market”
Venue: The MORAITIS SCHOOL,
Papanastasiou St. & Agiou Dimitriou St., Palaio Psychiko, Athens, Greece.
INVITATION
Dear Associates,
Dear Education Professionals,
We are pleased to invite you to the International Conference, jointly organized by “Moraitis School” and “DIAN Training Activities” active in the area of European Educational Programmes.
The conference subject,
“Vocational Training & Labour Market”
is particularly topical, as an increasing number of young people turn to vocational training. The latter should be organized so as to offer knowledge of a high standard, addressing vocational needs at a European level, thus setting the foundations for the graduates’ professional path.
Prerequisites for an effective organization of vocational training are:
- Knowledge of educational best practices from other countries, which can be adjusted to a country’s specific needs,
- Accurate information by employers’ and employees’ associations, in order to determine labour market needs,
- Development of collaborations among Vocational Training Providers at a national and European level.
The Conference aims at further describing the above prerequisites and discussing them in more depth.
We hope to see you at the Conference, and have the opportunity to exchange thoughts and views.
Sincerely yours,
Chrysanthi Moraiti – Kartali
Panos Milios
