New European Mobility Program for Young
Those interested in working for, or training at, Regional/Local Authorities, NGOs or Private Institutions involved in sectors of special social importance/solidarity, such as
- the education/training of persons endangered by social exclusion
- services of primary care or hygiene
- services to socially vulnerable groups
- environmental protection
- the prevention and management of natural disasters
- the reception and support of refugees and migrants
- food aid to poor or homeless people
should consider participating in the European Solidarity Corps Occupational Strand (ESC2YOUNG) project, which is part of the European Program EURES and is largely funded by the E.U. under the “EaSi 2014-2020” Program.
Α. General Information
The aim of ESC2YOUNG, is to offer to young people of Europe, aged 18-30 the opportunity to move to another European Country, other than the one in which they reside, in order to work for, or to participate in a training program (2-12 months) implemented by, institutions offering social/public service . The budget of the ESC2YOUNG Project is approximately 4,8 million euros and its duration is from 2/5/2017 until 2/5/2019.

Β. Services offered to young jobseekers
The services of the ESC2YOUNG Project to Young jobseekers, irrespective of the field or the level of their education, but willing to contribute to social projects include:
- access to work/training opportunities across Europe
- support in registering their CV in English, at the Project’s platform (europa.eu/youth)
- counseling support and preparation of jobseekers before their placement/relocation
- informative sessions and training courses
- financial support for the improvement of their language skills, if offered a job (for 200 jobseekers)
- financial contribution of interview cost (travel & accommodation), for 1000 jobseekers
- contribution to costs incurred with Recognition of Qualifications
- contribution to the costs of Country relocation, plus return travel cost
- subsistence allowance for recruited trainees (max. 6 months)

C. Services to Public Service offering Institutions
The ESC2YOUNG Project services to Public or Private Institutions offering public services include:
- the organization of informative and training sessions with interested employers
- the assessment of the enterprises’ needs and their support in registering their vacancies (job or traineeship) on the Project’s platform
- access to a large pool of CVs from all over Europe
- preselection and matching of candidates to suit the needs of the enterprises
- special financial support for 500 SME for developing and implementing integration programs for young jobseekers (up to 2.000 euros)
D. Cooperating Agencies
The leader of the Project is the Italian Agency of Ministry of Labour and Social Policies (ANPAL), National Coordinator of EURES in Italy, along with Agencies from Italy, Spain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Romania and Slovenia. Greece is represented by our firm DIAN – Training & Management.
