Completion of the Pilot Implementation of the Intercultural Communicative Competence Training Programme
DIAN organized the Pilot Implementation of the Intercultural Communicative Competence Training Programme, the third Intelectual Output of INCrEAsE (2019-1-RO01-KA204-063872). The pilot implementation of the program took place in our offices, at 89 Michail Voda, Athens and was completed with short visits to collaborating institutions.
The INCrEAsE program, like many social actions, was hit from the pandemic. We adapted changing the implementation plans of the action, as well as the end date of this European Program. This change resulted in the successful Completion of the Pilot Implementation of the Intercultural Skills Program, on August 31, 2021, in our offices.
The program targets adult educators and aims to develop multicultural skills in theory and practice. The result of this training is the creation of a positive atmosphere in the classroom and the facilitation of the educational process.
After the success of the program and despite the difficulties, we continue our work with the next stage of the program. DIAN will convert the material used for the program into an E-book, user-friendly and available for free to the public, through the program website https://increase.grant.umfiasi.ro/
