
The European Erasmus+ Program, “Innovation in Agriculture” (In_AgriCulture), is a partnership between Turkey, Greece, and Portugal and aims to modernize agricultural education through sustainable agriculture and new technologies.
Key Objectives
- Skill Upgrading: Training farmers and agricultural technicians in sustainable practices and digital agriculture.
- Educational Materials: Creation of interactive educational materials, available in print and digital formats.
- Networking: Strengthening cross-border cooperation and the digital transition in education.
Brief Description and Objectives of the Program
The program (running from Oct. 2025 to Sept. 2026) includes Management, Material Development, Educational Workshops, and Dissemination Activities.
The IN_AgriCulture program:
- Aims to upgrade the skills and professional level of vocational education and training instructors in the agricultural sector so that they can better meet the current needs of the market.
- It offers an innovative educational approach that combines sustainable agriculture, energy and water management, new technologies, and organic farming.
Although it was originally designed for the participating countries, - It has the potential to be implemented and utilized throughout Europe, while contributing to the development of rural, remote, and disadvantaged areas.
