NEW EUROPEAN PROGRAM “SHEskilled – A holistic Upskilling initiative for immigrant women”

Brainymotion AG from Germany (Leader), as well as DIAN from Greece (partner) and SAMPEDRO Y TORRES, COOP.V. from Spain (partner), will participate from 01/10/2022 to 01/10/2023 in the implementation of the European Program “SHEskilled.
As part of the program, representatives from the above-mentioned partners of the “SHEskilled”, took part in Munich, Germany on 15 to 17 December 2022, in a transnational meeting in which the actions to be taken were confirmed and agreed, for the successful implementation of the project and the distribution of these actions among the project partners.
The “SHEskilled” program aims to train Migrant Women (Target Group) in ICT technologies and applications, as well as Job seeking coaching. To achieve this goal, appropriate participants who belong to the Migrant Women group, will be trained.
In this way, Migrant Women, will improve their skills and competences, their employability and perhaps even enable them to begin a career in ICT if they have an affinity for it, thus becoming more active, valued and productive members of society, as well as improving their self confidence and self worth.
The first meeting worked positively as the beginning of the program. The organization and preparation by brainymotion AG, which hosted the partners in Germany, was excellent.
