Introducing the ALLIANCE Project

The ALLIANCE project, an Erasmus+ Capacity Building initiative in Vocational Education and Training (VET), is dedicated to enhancing VET systems in Albania and Kosovo. • Partners: Organizations from EU, and VET institutions friom Albania and Kosovo
  • Funding: European Union

Why ALLIANCE?

Challenges identified in the region’s VET systems include outdated curricula, limited international mobility opportunities, and a lack of systematic internationalization strategies. The ALLIANCE project addresses these issues by fostering EU-standard education frameworks, facilitating knowledge exchange, and ensuring institutional capacity building.

✔ Curriculum Modernization: Updating VET curricula to align with European best practices.
✔ Professional Development: Providing training for educators and administrators in project management, research, and networking.
✔ Student Opportunities: Enabling access to international mobility programs and enriched learning experiences.
✔ Policy Alignment: Offering insights to policymakers to integrate EU frameworks into local VET policies.

Implementation Plan The project follows a structured work plan:

  1. Project Management: Coordination and seamless execution of activities.
  2. Capacity Building Workshops: Training for educators and staff to enhance international project management skills.
  3. Educational Content Development: Creation of modernized VET curricula and learning materials.
  4. International Networking: Establishing partnerships between EU and Western Balkans institutions.
  5. Evaluation & Sustainability: Ensuring long-term impact through continuous assessment and policy recommendations.
